What We Do

We provide Landscape Design that focuses on building edible permaculture. Permaculture is a macro approach to land management. A concept that adopts resource conservation methods observed in nature and applies them to the home. By doing so we are able to create a long-term self-sustaining landscape that maximizes water efficiency, nutrient intake, and soil preservation while minimizing care and maintenance. I'm sure you've experienced problems maintaining property in extreme conditions. Either with hotter summers and droughts or early frosts and heavy rains, different climates give more obstacles to overcome but fear not! There are new challenges unlike ever before but by looking forward and reimagining the possibilities, We can help you discover an edible garden all around you. We offer consultations to design new landscapes and recreate existing gardens in a completely customized approach unique to each client. Our service includes monthly maintenance plans with nutrient and soil fertilization as well as optimizing water use to allow you to grow the landscape you want with less. Our properties and designs will last indefinitely, providing you with decades of enjoyment with natural beauty and functionality creating an eternal living environment.

Meet Andrew

In our ever-changing world it’s good to have roots, but maintaining them can be tough.  Like a lot of you, my grandparents grew almost everything they ate but replacing their forgotten garden wasn't as easy as they made it look.  When my fiance, Erica, and I met it was really love at first sight, then when I tasted her food it was love at first bite. Her being a Head Chef, we became very passionate about connecting our garden and kitchen. After a move to rural Virginia, we created a garden and built an orchard to support a pastoral farm to table restaurant and bed and breakfast. Upon returning to California we have redesigned her grandfather's former orchard and chicken coop into an outdoor living space with over four dozen rare citrus and other fruit varieties as well as vegetable and herb gardens. Understanding different climates and what can be grown successfully is an important part of our gardening mission and something I have plenty of experience with on both coasts. Together we share the dream of helping everyone grow what they eat. We will help you discover your own personal landscape.
